I was initially drawn to your hotel because of its impressive location and breathtaking room views. However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was your exceptional staff. They say that a hotel is only as good as its staff, and I couldn't agree more. Your staff captured the heart and soul of Switzerland, and it was evident in every little detail. From the moment I stepped into your hotel, I was greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and they did so with such grace and hospitality. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. What made your staff truly unique was their ability to make me feel like family. I have been living in Switzerland for quite some time now, and I have come to know the warm and welcoming nature of the Swiss people. However, your staff took it to another level. They made my stay feel like I was visiting family, and I cannot thank them enough for that. I must mention that I was going through a tough time during my stay. It was my birthday, and I was feeling sad and lonely after a recent breakup. However, your staff's kindness and warmth made me forget all my troubles. Even the friendly band that played every night was so welcoming, and it truly touched my heart. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and congratulations to the management for having such an exceptional team. Your staff truly made my stay unforgettable, and I will always cherish the memories I made during my time at your hotel. Once again, thank you for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The Hotel has a certain charm and is located on the foreshore of Lugano Lake which is nice. Views across the lake and into the mountains from the room are excellent. The room we had was comfortable. Good location for getting away from crowds in nearby Italy for a more relaxing time. (although we ended up exploring the area instead of lying by the lake or pool)

The location cannot be beat. Right on Lac Lugano. Pool area is stunning. Service was top rate. Breakfast was sumptuous. Room was comfortable. Personally I feel Lugano is preferable to staying on Lago de Como. Quieter and less frantic. Also better value. Switzerland is more expensive than Italy for food and drink. Also recommend a room with a lake view. That room comes with a balcony and is lovely in the evening.

We were looking for a quiet location for a weekend getaway and Morcote is definitely the place for that! Swiss Diamond Hotel was the perfect mix of luxury, relaxation and elegance. No matter how wonderful a hotel may be, there is always something that doesn't quiet meet our expectations, but this hotel was perfect. The staff were very friendly, the room was beautiful and spacious, the facilities are amazing and the food delicious. We chose the Deluxe double room with a lake view and our room did not disappoint! We would definitely recommend this hotel!
